Projects & Work
How work gets delivered.
Work is delivered under the brand that holds the capability — Halo Security WA for security screens, CCTV and shutters, Westforge Works for fabrication, gates and automation, surface preparation and coatings. Forgepoint Operations is the organisation behind both, and it remains accountable for the result either way.
This page is the work library. It sets out how a job runs, the categories of work delivered, and the evidence that accompanies completed work. Documented examples are published here as they are completed and approved for release — nothing on this page is illustrative or invented.
Method
The way a job runs
- Step 1
Scope
Understand what the customer actually needs, the site or item, and the constraints.
- Step 2
Plan
Confirm the approach, materials, finish and sequence before work starts.
- Step 3
Deliver
Carry out the work through the business that holds that capability.
- Step 4
Finish and check
Complete the finish, check the result and confirm it performs as intended.
- Step 5
Support
Stay reachable afterwards — the business that did the work remains accountable for it.

Work Library
What gets published here
This page is a work library, not a portfolio of stock imagery. Each entry is added only once the job is complete and the customer has approved its release, so what you read is verifiable.
What the job was
The item or site, the requirement behind it, and the constraints that shaped the approach.
How it was delivered
Which business carried out the work, the materials and finish used, and the sequence followed.
How it performed
The result on completion, and where relevant how it has held up in service since.
Until entries are published, the fastest way to assess suitability is to describe your job and ask directly — Halo Security WA and Westforge Works are both operating and quoting now, and can talk through comparable work.
Integrated Work
When both businesses contribute
Some work touches both businesses. A gate can be fabricated, coated and automated by Westforge Works while Halo Security WA fits security screens, shutters or cameras to the same property. Metalwork can be repaired and re-coated while security products are upgraded at the same time.
Forgepoint's role is to make that coordination straightforward, so the customer deals with a clear owner for each stage rather than managing two unrelated suppliers.
