How Forgepoint Works
One organisation behind two specialist businesses.
Forgepoint is the operating layer. It does not replace the trade businesses — it gives them the leadership, systems and accountability that make consistent delivery possible.
Shared leadership and governance
Forgepoint sets direction, accountability and decision-making for both businesses, so each one runs to the same standard of organisation rather than being managed ad hoc.
Shared systems and business support
Quoting, scheduling, records, communication and administration sit on common systems, which keeps enquiries, jobs and follow-up consistent across both businesses.
Separate market identity
Halo Security WA and Westforge Works keep their own name, trade focus and customer relationships. Work is quoted and delivered by the business that specialises in it.
One front door for mixed scopes
Where a job crosses both businesses, Forgepoint coordinates it so the customer deals with one organisation instead of chasing separate suppliers.
Our Approach
Practical leadership. Long-term thinking.
Forgepoint takes a practical approach to business development. We focus on capable people, clear accountability, dependable systems, strong customer relationships and disciplined decision-making.
Our objective is not growth for its own sake. It is to build stable, respected businesses that create meaningful value for customers, employees, suppliers and communities.
Opportunity
Opportunity through growth.
As Forgepoint develops, we aim to create practical pathways for employment, capability development, local supplier participation and long-term commercial relationships.
We welcome opportunities to work with people and organisations that share our commitment to quality, accountability and sustainable growth.
Our Structure
One operating company. Two specialist businesses.

Common Questions
About Forgepoint — straight answers
What does Forgepoint Operations do?
Forgepoint Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 99 699 579 952) is the Western Australian operating company behind Halo Security WA and Westforge Works. It provides the organisational foundation, shared systems and coordination that support the two specialist businesses, which deliver the customer-facing work.
What businesses operate under Forgepoint?
Two specialist businesses, both operating and accepting work. Westforge Works provides fabrication, gates and gate automation, abrasive blasting, powder coating, protective and specialist coatings, and repairs. Halo Security WA provides security doors and screens, CCTV, roller shutters, window films, security repairs and property protection. Both are brands of Forgepoint Operations Pty Ltd rather than separate operating companies.
Who provides gates and gate automation?
Westforge Works. Custom gates are fabricated, prepared, coated and, where required, automated by Westforge Works within one coordinated scope. Gate work is not a Halo Security WA service.
Can Forgepoint coordinate work across Halo Security WA and Westforge Works?
Yes. Where a project crosses both businesses, Forgepoint Operations coordinates the work — each business quotes and delivers its own scope, with one point of contact for the overall project.
Can I enquire through Forgepoint instead of the individual businesses?
Yes. An enquiry submitted through Forgepoint Operations is recorded with the service and specialist business it relates to, then directed to the right team — Halo Security WA or Westforge Works. You can also contact either business directly.
Who owns Halo Security WA and Westforge Works?
Both are operated by Forgepoint Operations Pty Ltd, a Western Australian operating company. Halo Security WA is the security and property-protection business; Westforge Works is the fabrication, gates, blasting and coatings business.
