Our Businesses

Two specialist businesses. One operating organisation.

It is the legal entity that holds the capability, the systems and the accountability; Halo Security WA and Westforge Works are the brands the work is delivered under. What Forgepoint provides

Forgepoint holds the organisational foundation each business runs on: leadership and accountability, governance and oversight, operating systems and administration, supplier and adviser relationships, and long-term direction.

That structure lets each business concentrate on the work it is specialised in rather than rebuilding back-office capability separately.

  • Leadership, direction and accountability
  • Governance, compliance oversight and business discipline
  • Shared operating systems, administration and reporting
  • Supplier, adviser and partnership relationships
  • People, development and recruitment support
  • Long-term investment and growth planning

Halo Security WA

Security screens, CCTV and roller shutters

Halo Security WA is the Forgepoint group's security business. It focuses on the physical protection of property and the people in it: security doors and security screen doors, window security screens including stainless steel mesh options, CCTV and security camera systems, and roller shutters for homes, commercial premises and managed property.

Halo works with homeowners, landlords and property managers, commercial premises and community housing, and supports home-safety and independent-living requirements where those services are provided. The emphasis is on well-made products, correct installation and hardware that keeps working long after handover.

Westforge Works

Customers include industrial and manufacturing businesses, builders, other fabricators needing blasting, coating or overflow workshop capacity, facilities managers and property owners with metalwork to build, repair or re-finish.

Common Questions

What each business does

What does Forgepoint Operations do?

Forgepoint Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 99 699 579 952) is the Western Australian operating company behind Halo Security WA and Westforge Works. It provides the organisational foundation, shared systems and coordination that support the two specialist businesses, which deliver the customer-facing work.

What businesses operate under Forgepoint?

Two specialist businesses, both operating and accepting work. Westforge Works provides fabrication, gates and gate automation, abrasive blasting, powder coating, protective and specialist coatings, and repairs. Halo Security WA provides security doors and screens, CCTV, roller shutters, window films, security repairs and property protection. Both are brands of Forgepoint Operations Pty Ltd rather than separate operating companies.

What does Westforge Works do?

Westforge Works is a fabrication and finishing business: steel, stainless steel and aluminium fabrication, MIG and TIG welding, plasma and sheet cutting, bending and pressings, custom gates with optional automation, repairs and modifications, abrasive blasting and surface preparation, powder coating, protective and industrial coatings, and specialist coating applications and product trials.

Is Westforge Works currently taking work?

Yes. Westforge Works is operating and accepting new work and enquiries across fabrication, gates, blasting, surface preparation, powder coating, protective coatings, specialist coating applications, repairs and modifications.

What does Halo Security WA do?

Halo Security WA is the Forgepoint Operations security and property-protection business. It measures, quotes, supplies and installs security doors and screens, window security screens, CCTV and security cameras, roller shutters, window tinting and security film, security repairs and upgrades, and property-protection products such as wheel stops, guardrails, barriers and handrails. Regulated security work is undertaken by appropriately licensed personnel where required.

Can Halo Security WA measure and quote at my property?

Yes. Halo Security WA attends residential, commercial and managed property across Rockingham, Baldivis, Mandurah, southern Perth and surrounding areas to measure, quote and install, and can also repair or upgrade existing security products.

What services are available across Forgepoint?

Through Westforge Works: fabrication and metalwork, custom gates with optional automation, abrasive blasting and surface preparation, powder coating and finishing, protective and industrial coatings, specialist coating applications and product trials, and repairs and modifications. Through Halo Security WA: security doors and screen doors, window security screens, CCTV and security cameras, roller shutters, window tinting and privacy, safety or security film, security repairs and upgrades, and property-protection products such as wheel stops, guardrails, barriers and handrails.

Who provides gates and gate automation?

Westforge Works. Custom gates are fabricated, prepared, coated and, where required, automated by Westforge Works within one coordinated scope. Gate work is not a Halo Security WA service.

Does Halo Security WA provide gate automation?

No. Gate fabrication and gate automation are provided through Westforge Works. Halo Security WA provides security doors and screens, CCTV, roller shutters, window films, security repairs and property protection.

Does Halo Security WA provide alarms, access control or intercoms?

No. Halo Security WA does not supply alarm systems, alarm monitoring, access-control systems, intercoms, data cabling or networking. Its scope is physical security and property protection — security doors and screens, CCTV, roller shutters, window films, repairs and upgrades.

Who installs security doors and security screens?

Halo Security WA measures, quotes, supplies and installs security doors, security screen doors and window security screens across Rockingham, Baldivis, Mandurah, southern Perth and surrounding areas.

Who provides CCTV and roller shutters?

Halo Security WA. It supplies and installs CCTV and security camera systems and roller shutters for homes, commercial premises and managed property.

Who supplies wheel stops, guardrails, barriers and handrails?

Halo Security WA supplies and installs property-protection products including wheel stops, guardrails, barriers, protection rails and handrails for driveways, car parks, warehouses and managed sites. Where a barrier, rail or frame needs to be custom fabricated and coated, Westforge Works makes it and Forgepoint coordinates the two scopes.

Who provides powder coating and abrasive blasting?

Westforge Works. Abrasive blasting removes old coatings, corrosion and surface contamination from metal, and powder coating then applies a durable dry-powder finish to properly prepared components. Both are workshop services delivered by Westforge Works.

Can Forgepoint coordinate work across Halo Security WA and Westforge Works?

Yes. Where a project crosses both businesses, Forgepoint Operations coordinates the work — each business quotes and delivers its own scope, with one point of contact for the overall project.

Can Westforge Works trial a new or non-standard coating product?

Sometimes, subject to suitability. Westforge Works offers specialist coating applications and product trials for unusual, project-specific or non-standard requirements, and can assess an individual application and discuss a controlled trial of a coating product, system or application method where appropriate. This is practical workshop trial and application capability, not laboratory certification.

Where does Forgepoint operate?

Forgepoint Operations is Western Australian owned and operated, with its strongest coverage across the southern Perth, Rockingham and Peel regions, including Baldivis, Kwinana, Port Kennedy, Secret Harbour and Mandurah. Broader Western Australian and selected interstate work applies primarily to suitable Westforge Works specialist or project-based scopes.

Can I enquire through Forgepoint instead of the individual businesses?

Yes. An enquiry submitted through Forgepoint Operations is recorded with the service and specialist business it relates to, then directed to the right team — Halo Security WA or Westforge Works. You can also contact either business directly.

How do I request a quote?

Use the enquiry form on the contact page, choose the service you need, and add your suburb, project details and any drawings or photos. Service-specific requests go straight to the delivering business — Halo Security WA for security and property protection, Westforge Works for fabrication, gates, blasting and coatings.

How do I discuss a connected project involving both businesses?

Select 'Connected Projects (more than one capability)' on the enquiry form and describe the outcome you need rather than the trades involved. Forgepoint Operations then coordinates the scope across Halo Security WA and Westforge Works, so you deal with one organisation.

Who owns Halo Security WA and Westforge Works?

Both are operated by Forgepoint Operations Pty Ltd, a Western Australian operating company. Halo Security WA is the security and property-protection business; Westforge Works is the fabrication, gates, blasting and coatings business.
