Cookie Notice
Effective date: 21 July 2026
About this Notice
Cookies are small files stored on a visitor's device. Similar technologies may include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, scripts and browser identifiers.
This notice explains the technologies actually used on forgepointoperations.com.au. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Categories used on this website
The Forgepoint Operations website currently uses essential technologies only. It does not currently run analytics, advertising, remarketing, social-media tracking, chat, booking, video, map, CAPTCHA or comparable non-essential technologies. Online invoice payments are processed by Stripe on a secure payment page as an essential transactional function.
Essential technologies are necessary for website operation, security, page delivery, basic session handling and remembering your privacy choices. The website may not function properly without them.
If analytics or advertising measurement is introduced in future, it will only operate after you have given consent through the privacy preferences controls described below.
Verified technologies
| Item | Provider | Purpose | Type | Category | Duration | Essential |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| fp-consent-v1 (localStorage) | Forgepoint (first-party) | Remembers your privacy choices (accept, reject or custom) so the consent banner is not shown again on every page. | First-party local storage | Essential | About 6 months, or until you change your choices | Yes |
| Google Fonts stylesheet & font files | Google (third-party) | Delivers the website's typography (Montserrat, Inter). Loaded as static assets; no cookies are set by Forgepoint through this service. | Third-party asset request | Essential (presentation) | Cached by the browser according to the provider's response headers | Yes |
| Static image and asset delivery | Cloudflare R2 & Lovable hosting (first-party via provider) | Serves the website's images, icons and static files. | Asset request | Essential | Session; cached per response headers | Yes |
The website's hosting provider may set standard operational cookies (for example for routing, security or bot protection). Where set, these are essential to delivering the website.
Non-essential technologies
We have not installed analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing tags, social-media tracking, embedded social content, video embeds, maps, CAPTCHA, chat widgets or booking widgets on this website.
The website includes a privacy preferences system (Google Consent Mode v2) that is ready for any future analytics or advertising tools. Until such tools are installed and you have consented, no non-essential tracking takes place.
How to control cookies and storage
- You can manage cookies and site data through your browser settings. Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies and local storage.
- Because this website uses essential technologies only, disabling them may prevent parts of the website from working correctly.
- To change or withdraw your privacy choices at any time, use the Privacy Choices link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and takes effect immediately.
- Third-party providers (such as font and hosting providers) may apply their own terms.
Consent approach
On your first visit you can Accept All, Reject Non-Essential or Manage Preferences. All three options are equally easy to use, and closing the banner without choosing keeps optional technologies off.
Your choice is stored in your browser using the essential item listed in the table above and is remembered for about six months. You can change or withdraw it at any time via the Privacy Choices link in the footer.
The consent system follows Google Consent Mode v2: analytics and advertising storage default to off until you choose otherwise, so any future measurement tools will respect your decision automatically.
Updates
This notice may be updated when the website technology changes. If we add non-essential technologies in future, we will update this notice and, where required, add appropriate consent controls before those technologies are activated.
